Terms of Agreement: Transient Moving

This Terms of Agreement (the "Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions between Transient Moving, a subsidiary of Transient Transport, ("we," "us," or "our") and you ("you" or "your"), the customer, regarding the use of our moving services. By booking an appointment with Transient Moving, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

1. Services: 

   a. Upon booking an appointment online, you are requesting specific moving services, as agreed upon and confirmed by both parties.

   b. We agree to provide the requested moving services in a timely and professional manner.

2. Payment Terms:

   a. All payments for the requested moving services must be fulfilled in their entirety prior to the performance of the services.

   b. We accept payments through the following methods: CashApp, Zelle, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, and PayPal.

   c. You agree to make the payment using one of the accepted payment methods promptly upon confirmation of the booking.

   d. In the event that payment is not made in full before the service is performed, we reserve the right to refuse or delay the provision of the requested services.

3. Cancellation and Refunds:

   a. Cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee in the amount of the booked       appointment and its accommodations.

   b. In the event of a cancellation made within the required notice period, we will refund the full payment made by you through the original payment method used.

4. Liability:

   a. We will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing the moving services, but we shall not be held responsible for any damages incurred during the moving process, unless such damages result from our negligence.

   b. You agree to release us from any liability for loss or damage to your property, except where such loss or damage is directly caused by our negligence or willful misconduct.

5. Fees:

   a. An inconvenience fee of $300 will be applicable in cases where items are not properly packed and prepared for shipment.

6. Indemnification:

   You agree to indemnify and hold Transient Moving, its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of our moving services.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

   This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Transient Moving operates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

8. Entire Agreement:

   This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Transient Moving regarding the use of our moving services and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

By booking an appointment with Transient Moving, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions stated in this Agreement.
